George H. Kegeler

George H. Kegeler, 46, died of a heart attack in his home
at 214 S. Sheridan Rd., yesterday afternoon.

He was born Aug. 27, 1912, in Plainwell, Mich., and 
lived in Waukegan the past five years, working 
for William S. Kortz Plumbing and Heating Co., in North Chicago.   Mr. Kegeler was a member of the 
Plumbers Union Local in this area.

Survivors include his widow, the former Catherine McCorkel of this area;  a son, Stephen Alrick of Waukegan; two sisters and a brother, all living 
in Michigan, and four children by a previous
marriage, all living in Michigan, several grandchildren, and a stepmother, Mrs. Kate Kegeler, living in Michigan.

Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday in the funeral home, 1521 Washington St.   The Rev. Harold McElvany
will officiate.    Burial will be in Northshore Garden of
Memories, North Chicago.  Friends may call in the funeral home after 7 p.m. tomorrow.
