WILL OF AGNES WEBSTER
(Agnes Ervin Rousseau Gordon Webster)

In the name of the Benevolent Father of All - I Agnes WEBSTER of
Warsaw, Indiana, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament.

Item 1st: I Will that my just debts be paid

Item 2nd: I Will and bequeath the residue of my property both Real and Personal to Eugene B. GORDON, Edgar HAYMOND, Jr., and Sarah J. CHAPMAN, to be divided between them share and share alike.

Item 3rd: I hereby revoke all former Wills by me made.

In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 30th day of October 1895.

I, Oren J. CHANDLER, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, do hereby certify that the within annexed Will and Testament of Agnes WEBSTER has been duly admitted to probate and duly proved by the testimony of George W. CHAPMAN, one of the subscribing witnesses thereto, that a complete record of said Will and of the testimony of the said George W. CHAPMAN in proof thereof, has been by me duly made and recorded in Book 5 at Pages 457 & 458 of the record of Wills of said County.

In attestation Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed the seal of said Court, at
Warsaw, Indiana, this 27th day of October 1898.

(Notes by Shirley D. Webb: Agnes ERVIN married 1) Dominic ROUSSEAU; 2) Samuel GORDON; 3) William WEBSTER.   Sarah J. (ROUSSEAU) CHAPMAN is her daughter by Dominic.   Eugene B. GORDON is her son by Samuel.    Edgar HAYMOND, Jr., is Agnes' grandson. He is the son of Mary C. GORDON and Leigh HAYMOND, both deceased by 1895.  Mary is Agnes' daughter by Samuel.)
