Anne J. (Sullivan) McCorkle

Mrs. Anne J. McCorkle, 84, of 3017 Leland Ave.,
Zion,  formerly of Antioch, passed away
December 7, 1973,  in Victory Memorial Hospital

Mrs. McCorkle was born in Lima, Ohio, on
May 16, 1889, and had been a resident of this area
for 50 years.   She was a member of the Yorkhouse
Methodist Church.    She was preceded in death
by her husband, Charles, in 1951, and by
2 daughters, Mrs. Ruth Wiltrakis and
Mrs. Mildred Willis.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. L. J. (Dorothy)
VanBelkum, of Louisville, Kentucky, 
Mrs. Marjorie Sutphen, of Chicago and 
Mrs. Catherine Kegeler of North Chicago,
six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday,
December 11th, at the Peterson Funeral Home,
408 North Sheridan Rd. Waukegan, with
Reverend Dallas officiating.  Burial will be in Northshore
Garden of Memories.   Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m., Monday, December 10th.   Donations in Mrs. McCorkle's name may be made to the
American Cancer Society.
